Can I invite my friend or daughter?
YES: if it's your Child of 16 years and above you can email the team for this. For None family members, If you believe there's anyone within your close circles whom you trust to have the maturity of character that would benefit from this opportunity, they cannot register directly as its a closed event, you will need to provide a recommendation for them first. Do so via email [email protected]. They will need to indicate your name as the source of referral.
Can I book my flights now?
We are pleased to announce that Nations of Women has partnered with AirFrance KLM and they are excited to be our Official Airline Partner for the NOW International Women's Leadership Summit 2025. As soon as you register your attendance you will get the details to enable you to access direct bookings for your flight. In addition, we have an exceptional company who will be on hand to help organise all your flights.
Will I need a visa to enter London and can you issue a letter of attendance?

If you require a letter for your Visa, then please email us with your full legal name, address, date of `birth, and Passport number for us to issue you with a support letter for your Visa. Please note we are not able to make any application on your behalf.
Can I resell my tickets if I can't make it?
NO! The tickets aren't transferable, simply because we diligently hand-select each of our delegates, and everyone is fully vetted beforehand. If you can no longer attend the summit, reach out to our team : at [email protected] and we will try to help.
How do I book my hotel accommodation and airport shuttle?
The registrations are now open to ensure we have a final headcount as soon as possible. Our chosen hotel has guaranteed several rooms at very reasonable rates. Please book your room as soon as possible to ensure you have allocations.
