Dr. Tina Allton

Tina is the CEO & President of Nations of Women. She’s the former Vice President for the Global women leaders committee for the World Business Angels Investment Forum. She is a disruptive visionary, a qualified Educational Psychologist, an award winning business mentor, certified coach, trainer and key note speaker.

Aimee Ashcraft

Aimee has worked in business and non-profit for over 20 years. Her passion is people, and her message is “Hope”. She has a unique ability to help people discover, embrace, and manifest the wealth that lives within them.

Zara Blake

Zara is the ultimate go-to for making things happen. With a sharp mind, relentless drive, and a knack for turning challenges into opportunities, she’s the person who ensures nothing falls through the cracks. Her expertise spans strategy, execution, and the art of delivering results that exceed expectations. Zara thrives under pressure and knows how to navigate complexity with calm precision. Whether it’s building connections, leading transformative projects, or tackling high-stakes situations, she does it all with grace and grit. Her forward-thinking approach and laser focus makes her an invaluable part of our team.

The vision morning, I mean WOW, the way it was facilitated, it exceeded my expectations and ignited in me a fire to pursue my dreams and step into what I believe God has always purposed for me because he gave me gifts to pursue that vision. You made the week so much fun, with dancing, laughter and adventure.

Thank you so much for the week we had. It was life changing for me. I felt affirmed and heard. The Set apart (spa day!) was amazing. I usually hold space for women but often do not have the opportunity to have something similar for myself, so I thank you Dr Tina and the NOW team for that sacred space, it was so precious to me.
