Planning Your Trip to London 2025
All you need to know while planning your trip to London for the NOW Leadership Summit and Gala, 8th - 11th September 2025
First, check if you need a UK visa
At the moment, there are a number of visa-exempt countries for the UK. Citizens of these countries can enter the country without a visa for limited periods. Other countries will need to apply for a visa before they enter the UK.

If you require a letter for your Visa, then please email Bridget with your full legal name, address, date of `birth, and Passport number for us to issue you with a support letter for your Visa. Please note we are not able to make any application on your behalf.
Booking Your Flights to London Heathrow (LHR)
KLM/AirFrance is our 2025 Partner Airline of Choice! You can book flights to travel any dates between 2nd - 20th September 2025. The UK Airport for arrival and departure is London Heathrow (LHR). To enjoy 10% discount, follow these steps:
STEP 1
Go to www.airfrance.nl or www.klm.nl. find flights, and when asked if "travelling for business" select YES and use MICE as the "contract name", .
STEP 2

Transportation/Airport Pick Up
